Yesterday I recieved a letter from a friend. He is in jail after having been sentenced to 6 months for "gross violation of womens peace". A law that is one of all in Sweden that are not gender neutral. This man is from another (non english speaking) European country and when he contacted me for the first time he asked if I could help to understand what was written in the police investigation. No one had helped him with that for six months. Of course he should have gotten it in a language he could understand, since that is a right according to the EU convention, but Sweden does not care. After having helped him with this, we both realized why the prosecutor did not want him to be able to read it. He was sentenced in a court without even understanding the charges.
There are no evidence against him in the prosecutors investigation what so ever. There are however a lot of evidence
proving that she is a liar. That her story is not true. The translations from his language to Swedish are corrupt. Witnesses on his side were never heard. There is a custody fight in the background. The father are willfully being pushed out of his daughters life. She also stood to gain a lot of money if she could get him evicted from the apartment. This was an easy task. The mother is very well connected all the way to the top in Swedish politics. The court of appeal convicted this dad without looking at any of the new evidence that we had found, and in spite the total lack of any technical evidence what so ever. Now he writes me a long letter from his prison cell. I choose to share it with you. This is what he says:
I hope all goes well for you and that the system eventually provide your daughter the right to get to see you, by default of respecting your fundamental human rights as a man and as a dad. I wish I had known you early enough to defend my case in the court hearing, which would certainly have turned out differently than a jail sentence. While I was so oriented towards "the best lawyer in Sweden"...My A.. So yes, this prisoner could well say "I wish I had had a good lawyer" or "I wish I had met Daddys-Sverige" before!
I will not, never deny that feminism as a positive concept defending gender equality, has brought a lot to this country, and is even in that way an example for the rest of the world. 16 months maternal allowance with almost full salary & sharable with husband/sambo without the employer putting pressure. Finishing job as early as 4 pm to prioritize family. Punishing harshly violence against women. Getting women well represented in political organizations or in companies, defend gender equality. Fair enough!
A genuine justice takes care of respecting the security of the law by listening carefully on witnesses from BOTH sides.
A genuine justice must take great care about the QUALITY OF EVIDENCE. Technical, witnesses etc.
As long as I am here, since I am here, I would like the high price of getting here to count for something for as many men & dads as possible out there in Sweden. A minefield for men and fathers - watch out!
Sweden is a great country with many good things. Properly functioning, calm, beautiful, clean. The biggest black sheep is definitely the justice system. A system that makes this country just barely a democracy. When Julian Assange describes Sweden as the "Saudi Arabia of feminism" or "a crab nest of ultra feminists", I could not agree more. Somehow every man having issues in Sweden because of a woman should be extremely grateful that such a internationally well known and powerful (in the shadows of anonymous) man stands for us all. Rising the flag, resisting this highly political and ultra feminist judicial system - at hight price -
This is the justice of female Taliban. Sweden can criticize the Afghan Taliban as much as they want. They should start cleaning in front of their own door instead. At least as long as they continue wrongly convicting men, decent men and loving fathers, in the name of hatred and an insane gender war born from extreme feminism.
In my country a close relative as a brother or a sister would hardly be accepted as a witness. A licensed doctor however would. Is a testimony of a sister a fact? Is it a proven fact? In the heart of justice lies the principle of contradictory trials. I mean, I was there just to sit and listen and answer oriented questions. I was barely allowed to say a word at all, while the plaintiff was allowed to speak in "free wheel" for 55 minutes non stop. Dropping a crocodile tear here and there and with a member of a ultra feminist womens shelter patting her on the back. An almost perfect painting of a female victim. Well done!
High personalities such as Göran Lambertz, former chancellor of justice, now a member of the Swedish supreme court, wrote a book ( with Hans-Gunnar Axberger, Authors note) called "Felaktigt dömda" (Wrongly convicted). It triggered a debate since it criticizes the system leading to wrong convictions. It puts back in question, the Swedish status quo, a whistle blower, blowing out the dust of a rotten system that acts so wrong, despite it is much better financially dotted than in many other countries.
How many innocent fathers are locked up?
A genuine justice system should punish an obviously lying witness. In my case one of them clearly contradicted the report of four police officers.
A genuine justice system does not create evidence when it has none. For instance translating a medical report that states that I was the one suffering abuse that resulted in depression, to "he is suffering from chronic violent tendencies". Very shrewdly creating evidence of guilt where there were in fact evidence of the opposite.
Same with the two neighbors that testified to hearing my ex scream at me all the time. Why on earth was this not taken into account? But no, neither in the investigation or in court.
Why did the court and the prosecutor refuse to take the SMS from a neighbor saying "She scares the shit out of me" and "she is a psycho" into evidence? Or why not the one saying "All she speaks about is to win and to bury you". Why was this deemed as not "of value" for the court?
Many criticize Göran Lambertz, but is he the only one, very well placed to point out that the Swedish justice system is failing big time in it´s duty? NO! Anne Ramberg, president of the Swedish bar association have also written reports on how the system fails and why. She has criticized, not only the system and the passive public defenders, but also and precisely the absence of standard in the evaluation of the quality of evidence.
Public defenders are not as involved as they would be if we could choose their quality and amount of work. They are often over-busy and YES! Having the right to choose one´s public defender, knowing his amount of cases and focus on one´s case should be everyones right.
The Swedish supreme court only accept about 2 percent of the cases that get appealed from the court of appeal. Rejecting 98 percent of the cases, saying they are not important enough. Why not provide them with more financial and human resources to cross examine cases in light of EU convention of human rights compliance?
-Why not create in every university of law in Sweden a special course where professors and students would be invited to evaluate cases from people asking for an external independent judgment?
Is it all a part of some bigger scheme?
A genuine justice does not create laws to benefit, exclusively benefit one gender. Nor to stop the prosecutors to gather evidence in space and time regarding their claims against an innocent father or a man.
Obviously this law dealing with "gross violation of womans peace" is applied in 95 percent of the cases only one way. Men are not listened to when they complain about the moral violence committed by their female partners. This makes it easy for a woman, with the help of a prosecutor to deprive a man of his liberties AND custody rights.
This denial of fundamental human rights for dads and children is leading to a human disaster in Sweden. More here than anywhere else!
Never ever should a law make it easy to deprive a man of his liberty, without the need to specify evidence in space and time!
This goes against the very principle of a modern and equal justice system.
A modern and equal justice system must recognize that men too are victims of domestic violence. More or less intense. More or less systematic and long.
False inconsistent accusations made by women that are evil enough to use the system to destroy a man. Not respecting his integrity nor the rights of children is violence of the worst kind. It is life destroying.
Violence can be both physical and moral. Violence has no gender!!
Several studies even point out that women initiate disputes more often than men. Several studies points out that criminality, depression, poor study results, rates of suicide etc are a lot higher with children growing up with just one parent. Most often it is the father that gets driven away.
The father as a provider of love, care and attention, protection, education and authority - caring values transmitted to the children in complement with the mother, provides the children with better chances in life.
It is high time for concrete changes in the way that prosecution authorities, police and court work together and separately. It is high time for the social services to stop wrongly projecting sexual biases in their investigations. Let us also create positive discrimination laws that will lead to a respect for mens rights, and most importantly - children's rights to have UNCONDITIONAL access to BOTH parents!!
I will finish my letter with a message of hope and confidence from my cell here in prison. Apartheid in South Africa was abolished some 30 years ago. Concretely not so long ago. There is in Sweden undoubtedly an apartheid of sexual nature that must stop providing special rights for women to the decrement of children losing access partly or totally to their dads. Just as apartheid in south Africa provided white people special rights just because the color of their skin.
I have hope that the people of Sweden and their political representatives, may they be mothers or fathers, will soon understand what is happening and what is at stake. And that they, if only for our children's sake, will initiate concrete actions to stop the ravaging effects of this very specific Swedish sexual apartheid.
