Why and how was he framed?
Today new information was released by Australian newspaper The age. This information raises questions about CIA and ASIO (australian spy organisation), and whether the sexcharges against Julian Assange was in fact a so called "honeytrap" to smear his name and possibly deliver him into the hands of the US gouvernment.

sources within Wikileaks have told The Age that an Australian intelligence official privately warned Wikileaks on August 11 last year that Assange was the subject of inquiries by the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation, and that information relating to him and others associated with Wikileaks had been provided to the US in response to requests through intelligence liaison channels.

The Australian intelligence official is also claimed to have specifically warned that Assange could be at risk of ''dirty tricks'' from the US intelligence community, including the possibility of sexual entrapment.

The information is said to have been provided to WikiLeaks by means of a submission through the website's electronic ''drop box'' on the day Assange flew from London to Stockholm to speak on freedom of the press.

(Read more here)

Nine days later swedish Tabloid Expressen leaked the news that Julian Assange was wanted for rape. Why were they given that information from a person within the swedish police?

But here another question is also valid. If Assange was warned, why wasn't he more careful? If Anna Ardin was on a mission of entrapment, she must have been one hell of an actrice. Another theory is that she and Sofia Wilén was just the groupies they have been portrayed as, and that it was after the first prosecutor dropped the case, the CIA saw their chance. And who better to use than the law firm college of USA:s old pal Tomas Bodström, Claes Borgström. A lawyer that also happens to be a radical feminist, And who happens to personally know prosecutor Marianne Ny.- They have been fighting on the same feminist barricades for womens rights for a long time.

The question is, did they expect the shitstorm they created when they started this, or did they think it would be the same "walk in the park" as it usually is to frame an innocent man in Sweden for crimes against feminism?

Picture
The safest way to lie is to withhold the truth

If this information is correct, it would mean that the whole thing was a setup organized by swedish lawyers and politicians in collution with foreign intelligence agencies.

So have they been lying to us all along? Do our own government lie to their employers? Us, their own people?

Stupid question really. You bet they do. That has allready been proven by Wikileaks releasing the truth about swedens new surveillance  laws, IPRED and FRA. They were instated on "request" by the US.  Sweden today is just an American lapdog. One reason could be that we are totally depending on US weapon systems. Especially the robots that are used to arm our fighter jets. The AMRAAM for instance.

We still call ourselves a neutral country. That is one of the biggest lies in swedish history. We are not neutral, and we never have been. The main reason for instating the mass surveillance law FRA, was so the US could monitor the computer traffic from Russia. 80 percent of it passes Sweden. It was never meant to protect us from any terrorists. They lied straight in our faces.

They lie  all the time. Their most popular method of lying is not telling actual lies. No they have learned that the best way is by not telling us anything at all. Keeping their little secrets to themselves. Julian Assange has made that difficult, that's why they want him dead.

The swedish media is just a big propaganda tool

If you read the Swedish press it is easy to get the impression that Julian Assange is disliked in Sweden. I would say that is wrong. He is disliked by people that have bought the myths and lies we have been fed for decades. But they are, thanks to the internet, getting fewer and fewer. And he is of course disliked by our gullible and politically correct media that for some strange reason take offence when Sweden is criticised  internationally. In this article in Expressen swedish procecutor Thomas Ahlstrand claim we do not have secret trials in Sweden.  They are just conducted behind closed doors to protect the integrity of the victims of rape.

What the hell is the difference?

Picture
In Sweden we do not question autority

The Swedish press mostly consists of journalists without any real ability or desire to question authority and official truths. And that has resulted in  Swedes being probably the most self righteous  and gullible people in the world. But that is slowly changing I do hope and believe.

You see, our press doesn't do a very good job in seeing through the political smokescreens. They are loyal to the partys and the political system. That is an effect of Sweden having been almost a one party state for the last hundred years. A lot like the Soviet union that had "the Pravda" (Truth) as their gouvernment propaganda tool during the soviet era. We have had more than one paper on the other hand, but you can not tell them apart.

So even though it's the journalists job in a free democracy to look behind the official stories, they seldom do. I have myself attended a Swedish journalism school, but I soon made myself unpopular by being too critical and too hard on lecturers, and too hungry to expose the uncomfortable truths within the areas that interests me. So I was told to leave halfway, and come back when I, as they put it, "felt better".  I was the only one in my class that wanted to be an investigating reporter and actually expose things. All the others wanted to get their own radioshow or cover sportevents. That was to me a great learning experiance.

Did anyone read my article the other day about our former minister of justice that has been accused of pardoning hardline criminals in exchange for money payed by the swedish mafia? The one who is accusing Tomas Bodström of this has done it publicly. With his name and everything. The corporate big media in Sweden of course know this. If nothing ellse they have read it here. Is this not a story that would normally stop the presses in a country? That a politician that has been in charge of it's justice system is accused of being corrupt to that degree?

In Swedish media it has not been mentioned at all. They seem to think that who wore what dress in the Eurovision song contest is much more interesting.

Something is seriously rotten in the state of Sweden. And the ones telling you about it is people like me. For free.

The issue that you raised in your blog is really very serious, and most of people lose the quality and integrity of such subjects, when they try to pen it down. But, your job is well done.

Any institution that has a monopoly on violence and taxes its people (any government) eventually ends up controlling in soft / indirect ways the communications mass media. That is just the way it is -- it isn't a feature of Sweden, or the U.S., or the Sowjet Union... it is simply the logical consequence of the monopoly of violence.

I like your blog, however one sided it is, but I have to ask:

Do you have any evidence to support your theories?

I’m watching tweets come across this morning and one says, basically, “Sweden’s Assange-attack-lawyer is really from the U.S.!” The rape lawyer’s name was given as “Nils Vastberg” (NV). His law firm in the U.S. was Kilpatrick and Stockton (KS). NV’s profile (but not his name) on the KS web page was removed.

I had all of 2 minutes to examine some other leads. Try this – one of the public figures to maintain his call for the death penalty for Bradley Manning is a guy named “James P. Cain”. Cain was a lawyer at KS for 20 years – then U.S. Ambassador to Denmark (next to Sweden). KS also worked on al-Qaeda detainee matters. KS hired ex-CIA people recently. Am I making too much of this?

Or, should Assange’s "Swedish" prosecutor not be so heavily connected to the U.S?

@Lasse

This whole thing is a complete set up. The woman where quoted to have said they want to venge Julian for two timing them. The US authorities are using these woman as tools to prison Julian. The only real charge that is possible is the charge of having sex without a condom - cause thats all Julian did.

Sure looks like a smoking gun to me, the missing link (along with evidence that Bush's con artist friend Karl Rove also has ties to these people - http://www.opednews.com/articles/Rove-Suspected-In-Swedish-by-Andrew-Kreig-101219-292.html) that proves Michael Moore's and Naomi Wolf's original claim that Assange was framed.

What gets me is that this particular set-up serves two ugly purposes. In addition to demonizing (and possibly jailing) Assange on frivolous charges, it has, yet again, caused deep fissures between American feminists and other progressives. The whole Wikileaks/feminist controversy has smelled like classic Cointelpro tactics from the beginning.

The use of identity politics to divide the progressive movement dates back to Gloria Steinem's stint with the CIA in the 1960s. I write about my own close encounter with some of her agents in my recent memoir THE MOST REVOLUTIONARY ACT: MEMOIR OF AN AMERICAN REFUGEE (www.stuartbramhall.com). I currently live in exile in New Zealand

I have to adimt that none of the sides has yet managed to convince me of whether Assange was framed or not. It is as of yet unknown to me. Your article draws a lot of conclusions, but I would really like to see some more discussion of evidence and reasoning that leads to those conclusions. That would help immensely in convincing me of the truth of your conclusions.

i love your frankness. so dead on 98%.

the funny thing is that when you use the word feminist it has many meanings, and many different meanings depending on where you are in the world.
i believe you might make distinction of what you mean.
in america, where women are underpaid, underrepresented, and victims of violent crimes, feminism can mean an attempt to equalize things and get men to stop saying sexist stuff. and beating us and raping us.
so when you speak of feminism as a bad thing it seems like you are telling us to shut up and be verbally abused.
i know you dont think this, because i know you are compassionate for women and animals.
so when you speak against feminism, from an international law perspective, it seems like you might be telling rape victims and abuse victims they should shut up and get underpaid and not talk about their pain.
but i know that is not what you mean.

or ratify international conventions against discrimination against women.
what way can you express solidarity with women's equality before the law, and also express distaste for any hate speech or unfair laws against men????

men can claim to be feminist, in the sense of trying to help women lead lives free of verbal and economic and physical abuse.
they might love socalled feminist poets.
they might speak of feminist philosophy about dominant male run church/state.
i tend to think of gender as an illusion.

i do not feel bound by the term man or woman. i have transgendered friends. i consider myself postgender and androgynous, sometimes asexual, sometimes more attracted to women or men or transgendered people.
i feel really too limited by the term feminist at times, because i feel more like "one of the guys" and i do not like societal control of men or men's sexuality, which is often condemned byt the same judeochristian morality which condemns women for enjoying their bodies or dressing unburka.
men are womanizers and women are sluts in this caveman way of thinking. i reject these horrifying words and world views!!!!!
all men and all women should be able to live freely, without violence and without hate speech.
so when these hateful words are used against men or women, i am equally upset, as i feel equally man and equally woman, in my gender identity, which is defined by me.

so being limited by an -ism seems really silly.
but in terms of equality, i like the idea of a world where all humans respect each other, and men might understand the pains of our being raped and harassed. men are raped too. in american prisons, and in the military by fellow soldiers who give them military sexual trauma, a post-rape war disease.
and similarly, i defend men against the many sexist things women can say against a man's freedom and autonomy.
also feminism, as it was so named had many waves with many gists, so when you use this word, i think simone de beauvoir and virginia woolf. i think sylvia plath. women who sought to write for the larger society were often so named. mary wollestonecraft is spoken of as a feminist, as she pointed out the inequalities in the first conceptions of human rights.

women who cared about women's humanity were so named.

if i woke up tomorrow and called myself a feminist, and a feminist for equality would you hate me?????? or call me guilty of hating men???

would you assume i have violent discriminatory attitudes towards men????

because i dont.
i have embraced a very academic feminist philosophy far more intellectual than burn them at the stake so-called feminst zealots as you deescribe.
they sound like a hateclub.
i first read academinc philosophy from my father's bookshelf.
he also had books on anarchism and satanism and CIA, among other things.

as i have not met any such extreme feminists, i can say i have no exxperience with these, they sound like a cliche of a cliche of vagina dentata, but i sense if they exist they use that word to mask more deep agendas, like powermongering, or currying favor with TOP MALES in our still whitemale dominated war and torture based society.

is so doing so at the expense of women seems soooo unfair.

so it is a term which obscures as it elucidates, and propagandizes as well.
as i am a vegetarian, i do not boldly agree with all vegetarians and just because i like kindness to animals mean i agree with everything all vegetarians say, so i would be resist be lumped into that ism.

plus i am sure there are equality-geared feminists who love men and maybe agree with killing animals for food, as there are vegans who despise women.

so who do i have more in common with vegan misogynists, transgendered feminist, atheist postgendered androgynous post identitypolitics anonymous people?
can i be an androgynist?????

can we all fight for equal rights for all androgynous people to be less gender stereotyped and more free to express all shades of many gender expression, freely?

so falling for an -ism is naive.
i think when you say feminist, you might mean people who use the
